Basic Bike Tune

Includes tuning and lubing the drivetrain, adjusting brakes, minor bearing adjustments, and checking and torquing all bolts. We will also advise you on any additional services needed.

Pro Tune-Up

Includes deep clean of the chain, cassette, freewheel, front and rear derailleurs. Minor true of wheels, inspection of headset, bottom bracket, and wheel bearing tension. Complete inspection, adjustment, cleaning, and lubricating of the brakes and gears. Test ride after tune.

Complete Overhaul (By Appointment Only)

Completely disassemble the bike to the bare frame, clean parts, inspect for worn or broken parts, lubricate and install brakes and derailleurs, clean frame. Test ride after. Recommended during slower winter months. Allow 10-14 days to complete.

Custom Wheel Build (Per Wheel)

Prepare rim surface, install rim tape and valve. Charge can vary based on condition and sealant used.

Refresh sealant. depends on Sealant used.

Basic Box Bike Build

Standard boxed bike; includes derailleur hanger align/drivetrain tuning, dropper post install.

Boutique Box Bike Build

For bikes with fully intergrated cabling, which are more involved to build. Same as standard plus brake line cutting/bleeding.

Pack Bike for Shipping

Pack bike for standard shipping, includes all packing materials.

Handlebar Cutting

Cut bars to specified length, finish cut ends.

Dropper Post Install

Install seatpost in frame, route and fix line, install remote lever in handlebar, cut line, bleed, adjust as necessary.

Steerer Tube Cutting

Cut fork steerer tube to appropriate length.

Steerer Tube installation

Rear Derailleur Tune

Set high and low limits, adjust cable tension, align derailleur hanger.

Front Derailleur Tune

Set high and low limits, adjust cage position and cable tension as needed.

Bottom Bracket overhaul

Remove and replace bottom bracket, Clean bearings, clean crank, clean bottom bracket interface.

Bottom Bracket installation

Remove and replace bottom bracket, clean bottom bracket interface.

Drivetrain Replace

Remove and replace cassette, chain, chainring(s), rear derailleur and shifter. Align derailleur hanger.

Chainring Replace

Remove and replace chainring; includes crankset replacement labor.

Cassette Replace

Remove old cassette, install new. Torque lockring.

Chain Replace/Install

Remove old chain/cut new chain to length, install.

Crankset Replace

Remove and replace crankset, adjust preload, replace pedals. *Does not include bottom bracket or chainring replace labor*.

Rear Derailleur Replace

Mount derailleur to frame, route and fix cable, and tune. Align derailleur hanger. Includes replacing cable.

Shifter Replace

Install shifter on handlebar, route cable through shifter mechanism. Includes a derailleur tune.

Drivetrain Detail

Strip, clean and lube chain, chainrings, cassette and pulleys.
