Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering and sourcing custom bikes, frames, and components
  • Labor for fit consultation, assembly, tuning, and delivery
  • Scheduling, packaging, and shipping logistics
  • Post-purchase support and service coordination

Promotions

  • All promotions are subject to change without notice
  • Promotional discounts may not be combined with other offers
  • Eligibility determined at the sole discretion of Mox Multisport

Terms of Sale

  • All sales are final once payment is received and any parts are ordered or service work has begun.
  • In rare cases, and solely at the discretion of Mox Multisport, in-store credit may be issued in place of a refund.
  • All service labor is billable and must be paid in full prior to final delivery.
  • Full payment is required before the release of any completed work or merchandise.
  • Order timelines are subject to supplier availability and shipping logistics.
  • Mox Multisport is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, or external events.
  • Any changes to services or orders must be submitted in writing and approved by Mox Multisport staff.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • All bicycle sales are final
  • Store credit may be issued at manager discretion, minus a restocking fee
  • Refunds over $100 may be processed via check or card refund; cash is not refunded
  • Special orders are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit

Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash

Consent to Proceed

By replying to the confirmation email or completing payment via invoice or payment link, the client confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement and authorize Mox Multisport to proceed with the preparation and fulfillment of the associated services and products.
