Scope of Service

• We specialize in servicing pedal-assist e-bikes.
• We do not work on scooters, throttle-only bikes, or motorcycles.
• Some off-brand e-bikes cannot be reliably serviced. In those cases, we may not be able to take on the repair.
• All e-bikes must be checked in for inspection before work begins.

Pricing

• Menu prices apply to Standard and Complex service as determined by our staff.
• The service level is based on the bike, its components, and the work required.
• Work outside the menu will be billed as Misc. E-Bike Service at $50 minimum or $150/hr, plus parts.
• Wear items (brake pads, chains, tires, tubes) are billed separately and not included in labor rates.
• Published prices are guidelines. Final classification is confirmed after inspection.

Battery Policy

• All e-bike batteries must be removed and kept by the owner unless UL-certified and fully discharged.
• We do not service or repair battery internals.

Storage

• Due to limited space, bikes left more than 48 hours after completion may incur a $25/day storage fee.
• Bikes left uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned in accordance with applicable laws.

Consent to Proceed

Leaving your e-bike with us for inspection or service confirms your acceptance of this policy and authorizes Mox Multisport to complete the necessary work.
